Bing Ads -- account got blocked after 1 day

I created a Bing Ads account. And it got locked after 1 day. I haven't created any ads. Why?

"We'll need to take a closer look at it, there's something suspicious here"


- Not from the US

- I don't have a legal company yet.

- I made up the details of my company that was required to fill out -- phone number, country, street. Do they care about this? Do all people who use Bing Ads have a legal company?

- Why was it blocked in the 1st place?

- What are these checkboxes really for "I'll run ads mainly for my company" and "I'll mainly run them for my clients"?

- I haven't added data of my bank card yet to my account yet

What payment method do used for this account.

The same to me. I make it with US sock5, in vmware. How about you?
