There are a number of reasons for this. Would have to know exactly what you are doing to create accounts. Step by step.

Dear, trust me, it is ban NOT due to coupon.
It is the niche, keywords, landing page, etc
Accounts are NEVER banned due to coupon usage. I know the sequence of your account creation may indicate that it is due to the coupon. BUT, it is NOT the coupon.
The thing is that since around 10 days, the big B has been very sensitive towards many niches, such as make money, skin, diet, dating, etc and ALL these and such ads and keywords are getting 100% accounts ban.
But, you will ask : I still see ads in such niches, how ?
Here is how : the people running these ads know the name of the game and deep secrets.
Do you want to run your ad in a "no upfront payment" trial basis ? And then decide.

Agree with the previous posts. So many reasons it could be banned. Biggest reasons would be using IP that has been flagged, vcc that's been flagged and niche.

Bing is also getting Hot. Not really easy like before.

Sorry, I am posting here again. Just to try my best to guide people.
Yes, IP, landing page / website, clearing cookies, caches, etc are vital.
But, until recently doing all that was enough and people were able to swing. But, since around 10 days, it has ALL changed.
The vital precautions taken are now NOT enough.
Please understand my dear friends. Big B has banned many many niches, but Big B is NOT saying this officially,
If you NOW see such ads running, these are either older ads, still going OR people using "special methods".
So, no matter how many precautions you take, if your niche is banned, then account will 100% get banned minutes after creating ad or you create ad and no ban till you add card. This is how it is.
So, if you are taking all precautions and still getting account ban repeatedly, then understand your niche is the issue, nothing else and then you need to research and learn the "special methods".
This is how I am able to run ads, even in a currently problematic niche.
And I did my own research and learnt and still learning.
I only want to encourage you all.
Problems will keep coming, but we need to RESEARCH a LOT, a LOT and a LOT and the way will open and it will go on repeating in the same pattern.

I have ran weight loss, skin, muscle building niches on more than 10 accounts, but all accounts made with real cards
It's not landing page either (if you have privacy policy with opt-out policy, even though you are not using it, some offers do)
You are getting banned because of VCC
NO deep secrets there

Perhaps you are running these niche ads and your ads were set up and running since more than 10 or so days ago.
Now, if you create a new account, taking ALL ALL ALL precautions, such as new fresh NON-vcc card, healthy IP, etc, etc, account will get banned, in the niches you mentioned.
It is happening to EVERYONE I know BUT I am able to successfully run their ads. There are "methods"
Certain VCCs work for me very well, by the way.
