Bing Ad accounts got banned, why?

My three Bing Ad accounts got banned within a day. I was just promoting Clickbank products(Paid Survey, Diabetes etc. but all legal stuffs). However I was creating one after another, total 3 campaigns, on new Bing Ad account. Could that be the main cause to ban my accounts?
They said "unusual activities seen on your account". What does mean that??

Why you had 3 accounts? Did you use a coupon in those 3 accounts?

Nope.. One got banned IDK why? Then I created another one to promote CB links.. Likewise it again got banned.. Then 3rd one.. and same result.. Now again I have created 4th account but created only 1 campaign.. It is running.. with 181 Imp and 2 clicks in 2 hours...

Do you know why did they banned my account? I don't think I have done something wrong.. like using VPN.. or illegal links..

I am using Paypal with Prepayment option. They ban my account but refunding the remaining balance..

Contact Bing Ads support by phone or chat for a detailed explanation. That's what they're there for. How do you expect us to tell you why they banned you? Bing Ads lets you have multiple accounts so it's likely not a reason for ban.

Not true unless you're promoting things you shouldn't be. Doesn't look like OP is since he's just pushing clickbank products.
You can have multiple accounts. And you can use 1 payment method for up to 5 accounts.

Now if you're making multiple accounts to abuse free coupons and promote sites against ToS, that would be cause for ban.

yes you can have up to 5, but not when one of your accounts is blocked, and you are registering the second one .... and it's blocked again....

Yes you're right. If your first account is banned, you can't go around making more without taking the necessary precautions.
