make sure you're following Bing's policies, then appeal through their support page. you can also try contacting them on Twitter for faster help.
I connect with support team that they are bot. They reply same shit. We can't unsuspend your account
When your account is running,
It’s difficult to create account that works on bing. Whatever you do they will suspend it. You need to keep the website and proxy very clean. Also, after making the account, contact their team from within account, they will give you their mail. After your account is blocked, you can contact them through that mail and try resolving your issue
