I am trying to run my store. The store gets approved and so does the products. But as soon as I add the payment method real card thats never used- it gets suspended. The cards are active and I use them for online shopping without issues. Not sure why bing is causing an issue. Also, i changed the domain, residential ip address and used a new administer account on my macbook when i create a store and setup bing ads. Any suggestions on how to bypass this issue?

i had the same problem. i contacted the support, they asked for my phone number and they called me the next day. then after checking my account they told me that the problem is with my payment method but didn't tell me what really is the problem with it,then they asked and confirmed some of my information like my name, billing address, if the credit card was mine, and i said yes, they asked for my domain name etc the then they told me i need to wait 10 business days and they will contact me again after that.

after 10days i received an email saying that my account will remain blocked and they can't give any other information on what the reason is

i searched their forum and found 10+ same issue from the month of February and almost 25+ with the same issue from the month of march,
they're all the same, after creating an account and added a payment method they got blocked.

i added my credit card as my payment before, and now i'm thinking of using paypal as my payment and see if it will works but i haven't tried it yet and i'm trying to find alternative pay ads to use

Why would they call you and ask your name to confirm?
Was the call like "Hi Jack, I am talking from Microsoft. I have a question that is your name really Jack?"

Try to use Leadingcards.media for the cards, you can issue new card for each account and top up easily. this will solve your issue/
hmm this dont look trust ahah, why you dont have vip jr for your comapny

if you file an appeal on the forum they will contact you through forum inbox, ask for you number, call you and ask question just to confirm your identity, basically they will just ask you if all the data you put when you registered is correct, i guess it's just an icebreaker before they ask you some serious stuff

In situations where my account is constantly blocked, I do the following for a new attempt:

- I install a clean virtual machine (I only install the system language that is used in the account, because sites in some cases can detect it)
- I buy and use a private proxy of the country that is specified in the account
- I buy a new phone number (for example, in Skype)
- I create a new mail on Gmail or on my domain (the mailbox should not be in the spam lists. If it is on my domain, then the hosting provider should not be in the spam lists either)
- In most cases, I create a new virtual card or use Paypal
- For very picky sites, I first create an account, then after 2 weeks I only add all the contact and payment information, wait another week, and only then use the account

I hope this information is useful for you.
