Bing Accounts ((Go into review)) When Coupon is added?

Title. Obviously we've been abusing the "stackable coupons" which resulted in that one coupon thing being implemented. However, I have access to unlimited cards here in USA and I only use residential IPs (Which I think is 90% of the battle. Nothing shows up as prepaid, vietnam cards... or proxies or datacenters).

Now This said, When I create the account I typically let them sit over night. The next morning, I'll notice that I'll have some impressions and some clicks (typically under 10). My spend will be under $10 as well (I create them with $5 daily limits to jump start them).

After I login the next day, I see this -- I then add my coupon ($100, or $160) then increase my daily budget to $100+. The account wont flag, but it wont spend. It'll just sit there... Like another review was triggered of the sorts? I am doing the top three (muscle, skin, diet).

Anyone seeing any problems?

They always delay the coupon until reviewed.

Any other thoughts? The second the coupon is added, it'll cease up and not spend.

I always add the coupon until they almost reach the first payment

What you think Google and Bing is? Search Monsters they know info about every webpage out there.
What URL do you use? Imaging you creating 100s of accounts but your AFF ID is the same, or perhaps even
hosting / domains for redirects are the same? And so on. Got it? Basically same AS you need to change your Credit Card and Address
you have to as well change Hosting and Affiliate Programs you are promoting.. If you going to promote same offers (with same domain or same Landing page IP or same affiliate ID) on
different Bing accounts you going to get linked and blocked. Period. Basically you going to get Filtered same as Email spam by link location.

That's what you get for using coupons and creating account...

They will do anything to make it not profitable or too much of a pain or both so you get sick and start to promote as anybody else, without
any headache. Conclusion is? Not worth is. .Before yes! you can ADD PACK of coupons and create up to 5 Accounts and use another 5 Packs
If you like to get F*cked every day by creating accounts for just $100 ( which is not totally free after all)? Well, it's up to you.. I don't see how it's profitable, to waste so much time.
It's not gonna work long term anyways.
