Bing account problems

Bing dont ban accounts, unless you are messing with them continuously. No company is going to ban you for a valid CC.

Try to contact their support, they are very kind.
But when I made an account they also needed to validate it before i could run some ads.

I got lots of calles from then after, from their India tech sup (no joke) Where they have their support. And they keeps calling to make sure your good, and everthing is working. Really good support.

My bing account has no card and is not blocked
they block mostly cc added accounts and send you to support .
