Bing Account Disabled

Hi

I tried signing up for a new Bing ads account. I applied a $50 coupon to account but when I tried logging in I got message "your account has been deactivated, please contact support.."

Does this happen to all new accounts?

I contacted support and they said they will escalate the issue to a supervisor.. What is the chance of them enabling account?

did you attach a payment method to the account before adding the coupon?

yes, I did.

I just got email from Bing my account is suspended.

Doall accounts go under initial review? If not, what is best way to avoid review?

They told me I need to call in to confirm some info. Now that I didn't call in they closed my acc indefinitely..

What happened to that account after review ? Did you get it back or not ?
