Bing account Closed and cant login

Hello mates got problem with bing new accounts with coupons, i created 10 different accounts with different 10 computers and 10 different ips and 10 different LANDING PAGES(domains) and of course 10 different coupons and 10 different VCC accounts.
all got banned.
so i want to buy method from anyone to create bing campaign with coupon and not get ban!
you must take me hand by hand because details here means all, so waiting in PM your offers or in this thread!

I would not recommend anyone open a bing account with a coupon. In their forum, there are plenty of stories similar to yours. It's seems like Bing just wants paying accounts and they will close yours without explanation. I opened my account, verified with a person over the phone and they still closed it. Per their rules and regs they don't have to tell you why and they won't.
