BING 403 ERROR IN INDEXING

bing gives this error while indexing my site ( my site is okay in crawling in google )

Discovered but not crawled
URL cannot appear on Bing

what caused the problem? and how can i resolve it?

Did you check your sitemap in bing console or check for errors there, or try contacting their support I think either one of the options should help your site index

i checked with live robot to check robot.text file and it said ALLOWED

it gives this error while my robot.text didnt dis-allow any thing

What is the issue about?
These pages have 400-499 http status code. Ensuring http status 200 might help improve SERP performance and gain user traffic.

still couldnt fix it,
i checked bing bot,it says ALLOWED
my robot options seems ok
but still facing 403 problem with BING indexing request

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same exact issue on one of my sites

try it without cloudflare dns

It's a 403 so it's cloudflare telling bing it's not allowed access to the site. It won't be the robots.txt, the issue is way before that.

You want to look at your cloudflare security settings tab, you are blocking bing somehow, possibly explicitly, possibly accidentally by something like denying a country.

Look in the secutiry events log, it should show you exactly what is causing this there, you have the timestamp from the 403 log to use.

I don't have cloudflare on any of my sites though, so what else could be causing it?

I'm at a loss then sadly. Probably your DNS or firewall, whatever provider you have.
