I think Binance restrict US for account verification, but not sure though. Because my friend from US bought 2 verified accounts from Veritura (dot) org as he was having issue to verify his account. He was the one who introduced me to veritura as well, so far the accounts we bought are perfectly working fine.

OP, what are you using binance for? I would suggest looking into safepal. I'm us citizen, but didn't verify anything, and able to do a bunch of stuff. Good luck
