Not the greatest all round with crypto, only starting to get a proper hang of her now.
Was trying to go Eur on Binance to Revolut but she's faulty boys...

XRP is instant right? Should I be looking at something with cheaper fees though?

Whats stopping you using Coinbase? Furthermore, I'm right in thinking with Revolut you can buy Crypto on their dashboard.
