Binance to pay $4.3 billion penalty

He pleaded guilty and stepped down
They didn't use customer funds
 
4.3 Billion is a strong and painful hit. but Binance is making much much more than that.
 
It was just a regular shakedown, nothing to worry.
 
If they take binance down they will hell let loose, they know, is better to continue monitoring and regulate them, now they will have control over crypto o_O:alien:
 
This, of course, did not benefit the crypto industry. But nothing seems to have collapsed
 
For the time being I’m not leaving any funds on Binance other than making spot trades and withdrawing instantly, we’ve all seen the FTX fiasco go down and everything is fine until it isn’t. That being said I’m pretty confident Binance will wether the storm, and if they don’t, prepare for a huge leap into red numbers.
 
Nothing is going to happen to Binance, If Binance goes down just consider the crypto future gone. Just know crypto does not exist again
 
Only time will tell what the long-term impact of this penalty will be. But one thing's for sure: Binance's reign as the crypto king has been shaken.

As for me, I'm just sitting back and watching the drama unfold.
 
The BIGGER QUESTION worth asking is: will CZ end up in jail?
