Binance stop me withdrow

Wow.. been using Binance for years, never had a problem. Maybe you received funds from flagged addresses to your account? Its why I hardly give my Binance address out, only send funds from my own wallets to it. Sorry for the pain.

i just made 21 purchases in 2 days. Thank you!

Almost all these Internet-based services become each day more and more arrogant.
BTW: why „only” 2 months? They could decide „2 years” as well.
yes but I have made a mistake i made 21 orders in just 2 days
it's my mistake!

How much they have held?

I've contact support, they told me I've to wait for 2 months !! is there a solution for this issue ? thanks!
The fact that Binance is referencing 'local rules' suggests you're dealing with a local branch of the exchange registered in your country. Binance itself doesn't have a true international headquarters—it's essentially a ghost company—but its local subsidiaries are registered globally.

Two months is a long time for a financial matter. Since it has local registration, you could file a complaint with your local Central Bank or even take legal action against the exchange. However, you need to be certain you haven't violated any local laws.

If you operate in a 'gray area', it's usually safer to deal with companies that have international licenses, not local ones. These don't have to be exchanges. For instance, you can swap crypto for stablecoins using DEX services (like those built into Metamask), then use that USDT to buy gift cards and cash them out.

Alternatively, open a wallet with a payment gateway. Cryptomus, for example, has its own built-in exchange where you can swap crypto and withdraw funds directly to your card via their P2P platform.

Lately, I've been swapping crypto via WebMoney; they've also added access to gift cards and have a P2P exchange. There are countless options, but regulators are heavily pressuring exchanges right now, and the number of frozen accounts will only increase. Even the director of Coinbase personally warned about this; they might be the market leaders in frozen accounts for 2025.

I understand your frustration it's important to follow Binance's guidelines and avoid making multiple transactions in a short period. Diversifying your platforms and maintaining a consistent withdrawal pattern can help prevent such issues in the future. Stay patient and cautious.

You are right, regulators are more active than ever.

Basically you need to put a traceable business trail. Can be done with online processors. Check this video it will explain better.

Seeing this really worries me, because I’m using Binance too.

That’s why I have 15 accounts of 4 different cex’s. Hope they let you get your funds in the end
