Very unlikely it's lost. Would be shocking for them not to put failsafes in place immediately after removing.

Both. Ask your CPA network if they can pause the payment and explain the situation to them. About Binance, I think it must be mentioned in the update they shared about USDT. Check that out first. If you do not find anything, talk to their support.

From what I've read, this is just for Europe and you can still hold USDT, you just can't buy more

Look about opening a binance account in another region or get paid in another currency

there is only one way for that to happen , is just if someone flash usdt to you ( send fake usdt ) but binance doesnt accept that and once you get confirmation binance will remove them immediatly but ONLY FLASH USDT ( fake usdt ) and you cannot see them on balance you can see only transaction and nothing else but since you say is from a network thats impossible , reach binance support

i was just converting some currency earlier
and they still gave me an option to convert to USDT

No way they would just 'remove' your USDT and make it vanish just like that, I don't think a known company like binance would make such sketchy move. There's high chances your payment is just on hold with your CPA

You sure your adnetwork already send your payment? check the transaction in tron explorer, you can show this transaction in binance support.

Yes they have removed it from Greece as well and it tells me to convert to USDC, but you can still store/withdraw it so most likely you have not received the money.
