I started earning with less than 35 only. I have observed that most of my referrals have become inactive on binance now. May be they moved to other platforms.
Regarding how long we have wait before they spend depends on a number of factors. Still I think if you have got a referral, it is very good thing. Sooner or later he will buy. I mean suppose a college student joins as your referral. He will buy less during college but when he gets job he will start investing and you will earn money.
