What should I do now? Transfer all my money from binance? Need some advice.

Best to make some "proxy wallet" like metamask or others, maybe Trezor physical wallet.
Then you can move to Binance or mix with monero before

Probably wallet your received from is from Russian client

Thanks, is there any way I can refund the btc and my account will get safe again?
Do not! They can halt you for transacting with high risk wallet.
Just do not trade with that guy, refund can be dangerous

This. I would say using a intermediate wallet is a must.

Should I inform the guy that I face the problem? If he send $1 to my account for fun and my binance gone :weep:

No need to inform him. Just create another address and receive there and then move it to Binance. Safer way.

Best to buy some physical wallet:
-safepal
-trezor+connect with metamask to store BSC coins
For transactions best to use Coinbase Commerce or something like that, where adress is always different

I don't know once they start to ask they never give up, it was painful to verify everything for me but also it was on coinbase not binance so it may end well better for you

It seems like Binance has no big problem with you, they just want you to not interact with that address again. If they "ban" you for this, they will almost certainly just set your account to withdraw only. They won't just steal your money. Nobody can stop someone from sending them money on blockchain. As others mentioned, for safety in the future you can use a private wallet and then transfer from that wallet to Binance, never take direct payment to centralized exchanges.

Thanks, so if they terminate my account, they will give me chance to withdraw my money, are you sure?

For now you're safe. But any future transactions from that address will be flagged/blocked and could lead your account to ban. Your account will be at risk when you do multiple transactions with a blacklisted address.

Nobody can say 100% what would happen in your situation. But it's the normal procedure that when an exchange bans you they just let you withdraw your money to another wallet.

You should just make a BNB Chain address and receive it there before sending to binance. You never know what others have been doing with their addreses

that is basicly a warning. no need to be worried to much.
just doon't receiver from him again. btw always have multiple wallet. never use your main one to accept payment from random like that.
also use CEX like binance only from crypto you want to trade. if you want hold longterm move it out to other wallet

They don't always do it, but Binance has a good customer support. You can always show them the proof they need and everything will be fine. Avoid trading with the flagged address.

Do not deal with that person, he is not going to send you money for fun.

Write a mail explaining this to binance. You can also tag binance owner on Twitter.
