We have binance verified merchant pay account.
We Are trying to connect binance pay merchant account at our woocommerce wordpress website.

But after add merchant API and Secret key its not working.
When customer go to checkout, getting error: “error processing checkout. please try again”

Binance merchant support also not replying from last 3 days.

Anyone facing same issue?
How to bypass this error?

Double check your Binance API/Secret key, no typos. Search Binance Pay help for the error message. If Binance Pay keeps causing issues, consider other payment options. Remember, don't bypass errors, they can be risky.

As Binance API not allowed for USA Server, So We move our Server from USA to Europe.
Now Everything is working fine.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with integrating Binance Pay on your WooCommerce site. Here are some steps you can follow that might resolve the "error processing checkout. please try again" issue:

  1. Double-Check API Key and Secret: Ensure that the API key and secret you entered are correct. They must be exactly as provided by Binance without any extra spaces or characters. Consider regenerating a new API key from your Binance merchant account and updating it in WooCommerce.
  2. Plugin Compatibility: Verify that your current version of WooCommerce and any other related plugins are up to date. Sometimes, plugin incompatibility can cause issues with payment gateways.
  3. Correct Callback URL: Check if the callback URL configured in your Binance merchant profile matches the URL generated by WooCommerce. This URL is critical for transaction validations.
  4. Server Requirements: Ensure your hosting server meets all the requirements needed for running WooCommerce and the Binance API, such as cURL support and SSL certification. An SSL certificate is mandatory for processing payments securely.
  5. Enable Logging: WooCommerce has a built-in system for logging errors. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Logs and enable logging for Binance Pay. Review the logs for any specific error messages that could give more insight into what might be going wrong.
  6. Consult WooCommerce System Status: Go to WooCommerce > Status to check for any alerts or notifications that might indicate issues with your setup that could affect payment processing.
  7. Reach Out to WooCommerce Support: Since Binance support has not been responsive, consider contacting WooCommerce support or consulting community forums specific to WooCommerce for guidance. They might offer more tailored advice or have seen similar issues.
  8. Alternative Plugins: If the issue persists, consider using an alternative Binance Pay integration plugin if available. Sometimes, different plugins can handle API interactions better depending on your specific server and WooCommerce setup.
Remember, it's important to test these changes in a staging environment (a clone of your live site) if possible, to avoid affecting your live operations. If none of these steps work, keep trying to get in touch with Binance support emphasizing the impact on your business.

I hope this helps, and you're able to resolve the issue soon!
