From the last one month, I can see a lot of scammer in binance p2p with huge balances in their account. How they are not get suspended or if they get suspended, I think binance allows them to withdraw their crypto?

That's not a balance in their account
they are buying not selling
so even if you have 0 crypto on binance you can buy any amount you want since you will pay in fiat

As what @Salamouna said this p2p ad is for buying so the owner can put any amount.
Always check the profile before you transact.
Go for the ones that is verified. These are the ones that have a check icon after their username.

well its p2p so there will be scammers and binance seems to be slow on this

The Only Rule: You will never approve the money-Crypto until you see it in your account.

Binance P2P has a very effective escrow system. While using Binance P2P, if anyone gets scammed by a trader, then that person is nothing but a fool. Only an idiotic fool will get scammed while using Binance P2P. I have had over 100 trades (both buy and sell) using Binance P2P and I have never got scammed. Will a few traders try to scam you ? Ofcourse, yes. However, only an idiotic fool will get scammed while using Binance P2P.

And by the way @djsobuj , ideally you should have blurred out the user name of that Binance P2P trader. Just because a Binance P2P trader has some negative feedbacks, it does not necessarily mean that he or she is a scammer. Binance support team is very effective in resolving or deciding upon such P2P scams, when reported to them and they do suspend Binance accounts of scammers. So, as long as that person (whose Binance username is visible in your screenshot) is still active in Binance (P2P), it means that he or she is not a scammer, irrespective of a few negative feedbacks. I suggest you contact a (BHW) mod, to blur out that Binance trader's username. If by any chance, he or she is a BHW member, it may not be a good feeling for him or her to see that screenshot (considering what I have explained).

I didn't see anything suspicious with the account. And as @Trust WorkShop said, only a fool can get scammed on Binance because you only release crypto when you receive the payment.

Thanks, he send fake payment sms. I get multiple times.

I have done many trades on Binance p2p without any single scam. Binance is effective
Yes, I also do around 10 p2p trades per month, but I am saying I have been getting a lot of recent scams (fake payment SMS), after I message them I get fake SMS, they just cancel the trade, but many fall for this, I can see it from their negative reviews
