Binance Account error

I have a binance verified account with apple id but when i try to login or recover that account i shown me a new account like to register from beginner and but also said that an account is register with that email so its kind difficult situation like a glitch dont know exactly whats rlly happend or to do tried the bnb statt support and some others nothing helpfull anyone have faced this kind of error that can share some info i would rlly appreciate any little help thank you anyway.
