Hey everyone,
I'm looking to get into offline ventures and I was wondering, how do you bill? This question is aimed at both one time fee and reoccurring billing. I'd like to know both.
Thanks.

What do you mean by "how do you bill" ?

Apologies to be a pain...
No, it's not a pain. What I mean is like, how do you charge your clients for your services.

One method is to send them an invoice that includes your payment details of your bank where they then will transfer the money, you can get invoice templates free from Microsoft, just type in invoice template in Google

One time fee = paypal

Recurring fees = paypal subscription

Or

Authorize.net

Question, do your charge a little extra if you decide to go the paypal route, to cover the fees?
Or do you just take the $10-$20 hit?

or just get cc processiing - if your based in the US then you could look into Square which I believ lets you process offline transactions as well.

Does anyone charge to their bank account? or is it just to paypal? What if the company doesn't have paypal?

Freshbooks + DBA Registration + Bank account under business name.

I also accept Cash, of course. =)

Honestly, in my area not a lot of business owner care to mess with paypal. Most of them are comforted by the fact that I am a registered business that Invoice them just like any other business they deal with would.
