Hello,

After mastering Google Ads, I try get knowledge about Facebook Ads.

I have a NORMAL Facebook account with history, it had a page allready, and I wanted to make ADS account for it.

Country: Netherlands

Wanted to add bank details, had some options, Creditcard/Paypal/Banking/Directpayment bank.

So I choose banking, I filled in the bank details, and then facebook gave the message something suspicious action or something... Why is it? They say I can try later, is true? Because I try now again to click: Make an ad but nothing happens.

Why this happens?
I did daily budget spending 200 EUR, too much probably right? But is it because this?

Are you actually in the Netherlands, or just your account is ?

I had this problem before, my business (And ad account) is based in the UK but I live in Dubai, so they gave me the suspicious action problem. I contacted them via messenger and they fixed it in no time.

I am using NL proxy, the account is NL.

Anyways i contacted them also in support, so maybe they will fix it? But what made them trigger this? I am using clean residential proxy

My first guess is that you got a risk payment ban after you added a card to your adaccount. Usually that happens when you use a payment method with low FB trust.
It's highly probable that it's also a reason why you couldn't launch the campaign. The budget has nothing to do with it.
What can you do? In campaign creation window you should see this "suspicious activity" window with a "request review" button. Click it and send the appeal to FB support. This appeal should be easily accepted and the ban will be lifted.
