Billing adress question.

If I am non usa citizen and need to buy some services only for usa peoples and wich need to add billing adress when pay with credit cards. What I can do in this case? For example I can buy some prepaid or debit cards,but if they check billing adress,if it fake,they declined payments.
I understand that billing adress must be the same as the name on the card,but all VCC or prepaid or gift cards is anonimous.

Ok, I have entropey card and want to pay for classified ads in us newspapers,like new york times .. The problem that for some reason the payment didn't accepted, the money still on the card and I think that it my be because of the fake billing adress. i fill all the forms as I am from usa and add info from fake name generator.

He can't help, said that to have us billing adress you need to be us citizen.
So,the problem still here,how to buy ads from us newspapers,if you are not us citizen?
