Depends how you want to monetize but generally popular accounts that would grow fast:

Meme's / quotes / comedy

I focus on monetization strategy, then create the accounts for that rather than what can grow biggest.
 
Wow. Great. I did something very similar but less accounts. How do you manage all those 150+ account and i think its always risky to go with affiliate at IG. does it working well?

Nice, you still doing it or not anymore?
I'm using Igerslike to manage all accounts, change profile pics, bio, basically customize them and use it to verify accounts if needed.
I rarely log into any of the accounts on my own device.

Should be fine as long as you redirect to your own page first, not directly to an offer.
Same goes for doing CPA on these accounts too.
I'll let you know, planning to do some niche site with a few accounts and let's see how it works out.
 
Right now i am doing some serious offline stuff. So Don't have that time, also i used to do everything manually with android . I think it gave me natural followers and organic likes. But to be honest, it took a lot of time. Also How many account you are allowed to operate from each mobile phone?

I started yesterday doing with just 1 account, u motivate me :). I question tho, i wanna try to sell shoutouts at 50k subs in Fitness niche. How much people usually take for that?

Before order every one would love to see your IG accounts. It depends on a lot of factor, like how many of your user engages , the content also how many of your users are inactive or Just you may got some fake as well. So it depends. But if you want to have an idea about fitness niches, ,Go to fiverr and check it yourself. I have seen a few accounts offering shoutout service there.
