Biggest mistake was not scaling things up when a method was red hot.

I used to make anything between $100 - $200 a day with torrents, uploading only 3 or 4 a day. If I could turn back the clock, I would have scaled it up to 3 - 400 a day.

The time management is also my biggest mistake.
when I turn on my laptop I'll get so many messages and I can't really concentrate on the work.
Today I spent about 2 hours on making only 2 high pr tier 1 web2.0s.

another mistake I did was that I decided to make a multiniche website...

1. Cancelling a pretty succesful series of sites cause I was scared of something I made up in my head. Planning on relaunching though.
2. PTC as a whole.
3. Buying some online tools which I didn't really need in the first place (not to many though).

I have made a tonne of mistakes. Getting sucked into every sales page with good copy. It took me a while to get over the shiny buy button on "make monies online quick". Buying every course material by all the gurus out there. After I graduated from that the main lessons I learnt were:

1. Don't put all your eggs in one basket
2. Learn to delegate and learn to partner with other people instead of doing it solo
3. Not testing enough but going on other peoples hype/opinions
3B. Learn to use analytics otherwise you're just shooting in the dark

Don't go to school? That is like the worst advice ever. I agree that some of the things at school are useless, but the positive things are way beyond the negative things.

I lost (deindexed, never recovered) ~hundred domains by stupid subdomain misconfiguration and steady 50? per day Adsense + affiliate sales income two years ago. What I had done, was to enable any subdomain you ever write to exist and serve same content than main domain. That caused hundreds of subdomains producing duplicate content and bam. Over night all was gone and since that, everything even walls has been harder

my biggest mistake was sending traffic to adult friend finder instead of a cpa dating offers.. in the end i was suppose to get like 6k from adult friend finder but it was reduced to $900 after they converted me... all those damn signups of both males and females was wasted..... i could have made soo much money.... damn!!!!!!!

My biggest mistakes so far:

> Spending too much time writing 2.9k posts in bhw
> Getting out of collegye for a semester to go 100% IM. Things havent worked out and it has been hell as I was expecting to be earning decently by now. NEVER go 100% on IM if you are not earning already. These have been the worst months in my life so far...
> Working on too many projects this semester such that i am not even at $1 a day... Just stick to 1 project at a time...
> Maybe another mistake is to keep going on IM trying to find that golden well...
