I was just checking out some news sites tonight and I came across this story about Bigfoot being found in Georgia, USA. Anyway I think it's BS anybody else smell some dumb PR stunt?

Yeah, sounds like a PR stunt to promote their "Bigfoot Live" radio show every wed @7pm.

I've spent plenty of time in the north GA woods/mountains fly fishing and camping. While a lot of is is remote (Appalachian mountains), it doesn't strike me as the kind of place big food would live... Definitely a hoax.
 
as bizarre as it seems, this may actually be legit

the people who found it have shared some evidence with other scientists who did dna tests and other things already. unless all the other people are also in on it if it was bullshit, i would think one of them would have already come forward and said it was all BS

guess we find out tomorow

Looks like a human in a hand made guille suite.

Now that I've looked at it for a bit longer.. It looks like the new Geico cavemen. ;)
Also, that freezer is much to small.... There is a reason why he's called "BIG foot".

this is the reseaon why i dont believe in the bible the bible was a story and our generation wasn't if it did happen or didn't but mainwhile story like the bigfoot has been proven to be a hoax but people still continue to believe it and that bigfoot really exist get a life people and stop believing in that nonsense have you ever asked yourself this question that if bigfoot really existed that africa would probably be the place to look for it after all that is where the biggest apps live lol
 
Similar thing happened in Georgia a few years ago regarding a wild hog, nicknamed Hogzilla, only Hogzilla was disposed of before presenting it to the world. Here they are having a press conference and displaying the body/dna evidence tomorrow, so if that's the case they are putting alot on the line.

Look at the huge tribe of gorilla's they just found in Africa that no one knew existed, as well as other "new discoveries" being found all the time. Anything is possible.

This is just like that alien video those guys said they had and were going to release it on a certain day and every FUCKIN news outlet picked up on the story... you guess what the result was

Interesting to see what happens at the press conference now. And remember, anything is possible.
 
Just because some Piltdown man was a hoax, doesn't prove all the other evidence about cave men is a hoax. Likewise, a bigfoot/ufo hoaxster here or there doesn't disprove all the other eyewitness accounts of similar phenomena. One thing some ufo investigators do when they run across a credible account with numerous witnesses, is publicize 90% of the information and then ask for other witnesses to come forward. When they do and mention the 10% details that were withheld from the public, the researchers know they have both a credible new witness, and further collaboration that the incident was real. If further witnesses come forward about the BF story on the same basis, the story will be verified.
