It's not a CPA network...it is an adult affiliate program.
Last I checked they have an automated join process.
Just go to BigClicks and click on newuser sign up (top right).
Fill out the info they want and you should be in.
 
Anyone have any latest info on them if they are paying on time and what their shave rates may be?

Signing up to a CPA network is really easy, just make sure you enter the correct credentials. They may also require a phone call.
 
Check the stickies here in the CPA section. There's at least 5 that go into great detail about getting accepted to the networks.
 
Surely there must be some sort of footprint you could use to get them all?
