My question is about the results of your initial launch Facebook install ads campaign for how many installs you are pulling in at your budget which you listed above.

I've only started the campaign, so I still don't have any solid numbers. I will update the numbers here in couple of days

1. Find relevant pages to your niche with huge amount of followers.
2. Usually, in the profile description there should be something like this - "Business/biz queries - kik:ababc"
3. Contact them via kik asking to buy shoutout.
4. Pay them.
5. Watch the installs rollin' in...........

1. If your app is compatible for device 6 and 6+, add it in titile as only few apps are competing for wallpaper for iphone 6 and 6+. Time to reap the downloads fast.
2. Admob interstitials ad should start immediately when app gets opened.

Hi there, this is interesting. When you say video ads, do you mean video ads ON FACEBOOK? Or do you advertise elsewhere?

I just looked at your app landing website. It's beautiful. Did you do it yourself or edit a template? I need some one page responsive scrolling landing page templates similar to the OP's one for my apps. Does anyone knows where to get them at low price but good quality?
