I have a question about big spend ad accounts on FB. I see everyone discussing having large ad accounts, i.e. $5k, and looking for more. Can you not be successful with moderate spend accounts, such as $500 or $1k? Or does FB give preference to these big spend agencies?

And yes I am new to this forum, but you have to start somewhere.

It is simple. ROI is what everyone is after.
With a $250 spend account - You spend $250/day & get $250/day profit (If the campaign is running good)
With a $5k spend account - You spend $5k/day & get $5k/day profit! (If the campaign is running good)

Tbh, bigger spending limits mean also bigger cpc prices. If your campign is running @ 200usd daily budget and you are paying like 0.04 cpc, with 4k budget, you will be paying at least double that price.

So bigger accounts are worser. But of course, you can make more if your campign has potential and good ROI.

So you are saying FB manipulates your CPC based on what your daily budget is? Is that true?

They dont manipulate the CPC. You will by trying to reach more people.

By having a big spend you are going after a bigger group of people, so you need to advertise in more expensive niches.

No, you can't ethically. Unethically, you can use them via Cloaking.

Well you want the biggest account you can get. Because why spend 500 and only make 1k when you can spend 5k a day and make 10 k

Bigger spend tends to produce higher CPC, lower ROI, but more gross revenue.

yeah it's very true, sadly, I advertise $50 daily on my page, I get 0.02 cpc
when I increase the daily spend limit to $100 now I get $0.03 cpc
when I increase the daily spend limit to $500 I get $0.05

    sigh...

It's pretty obvious for all paid networks. The more you spend the bigger the revenue assuming your ROI is great. That's it
