Big Scammer!!! Crusher Formula by Mike Filsaime

Hi All BHW Fellows,

I just want to share a my experience which I encounter on MIKE FILSAIME scammer on the Crusher Formula course ... In the sales letter there is a 60 days IRON GLADS but we didn't notice the terms of policy only stated 30 days money back guarantee. Those of you are your often open clicks on the terms of policy to read word by word or just read the sales letter that's all? Bam ... I know most of you will only read the sales letter who care the small little work links at the bottom "Terms". That's the trick. Things happened here ... When you called for refund they said you already exceed the 30 days period refund date and showed you the TERMS ... SHIT! This time you want to find proof on the sales letter, right! PAGE HAS BEEN DELETED !!! WTF ... $497 GONE ... Most of them "GURU" will tried to suck the NEWBIE hard earner money to make fortune ... Not only me who trapped in, I did found someone from others forum said about this big scammer ... Anyone here, encounter with this "GURU" scam?

Man that`s too bad. How about this.... if you want to really get back at him. Just share the Crusher Formula Course on here for free.
That`ll get back at him....
 
How long has it been total since date of purchase? I happen to know Mike maybe I can help you out.
 
But have you made $497 from stuff you learned? If not, why not?
 
Same question as mpruben, did you put some effort in learning the stuff so you could make some money to start with. With all these courses, you won't make a fortune overnight... it takes some time

If you have learned something from the product which is worth the price of the product, then your refund request is lame.
However if Mike said 60 Day money back on his sales page, he should honor it. Since madinaz offered help, when don't send a pm to madinaz with details of your purchase.
 
How did you pay? CC, paypal? you did not wire the money rght? ;) in that case who cares about the polices there, you feel scammed and that's all what the bank and their CC processor cares about... Go to your bank fill the forms and follow the process you will see your money back in no time or at least you will harm his rep and rating on the CC processing Co. You can go on and on till you get the cash back. I suggest to start a blog, something like. myfight against Mike F. newbievsfilsame.com sounds like a killer to me :D

I through paypal ... And I have make a lot of request against but they just told you to read their TOS only 30 days but the Sales Page written 60 days unfortunately the sales page content already deleted ... So what to do? Do you have any idea?
 
I wonder why you did not cancel the product earlier tha 30 days ..
Arent't 30 days more than enough to be very sure about a product like that ?

Even if the sales letter looked like a 60 day refund, in my persoal opinion 30 days are more than fair..
 
Try hxxp://web.archive.org. It holds copies of old web pages so you might get lucky and find the page that was there before that has been changed. Worth a try.

I have Frank Kerns mass control 2.0 which is pretty good. It cost like 2000 USD and as far as I can remember it was a torrent that i got here. It is pretty good JamesCook, you should check it out!
 
Who cares if it's PayPal or CC. PayPal uses your CC, so called them and ask for a charge back. State that there was a BIG 60 Days Guarantee sign, that you called them for a refund but were told it's only 30 days guarantee now as written in small print.
This is called false advertisement... Period...

Don't listen to people asking you why you didn't make money through his program. They just don't know yet that most of what this guy releases is shit!!! He's just another "ahem ahem" guru who sells other guru's product who in turn pushes his own products. It's a guru circle jerk basically...

Fed up of these wankers. Fight back...
 
ALWAYS , ALWAYS copy a salesletter when buying something online. It's easy, take a few seconds and is a good protection if you have problems later.

I personally use Firefox + Scrapbook, I have a folder "bought", and it takes me 5 seconds to copy these pages.

my 2 cents advice

If I had that page, I would forward it to you, but Mike F is already on my DO NOT BUY FROM list, so no change that I copied that salespage.

These gooroos think they own the system but they don't.

Like previously stated, just charge it back. On every CC charge you must be happy or you can charge it back, regardless if Paypal was involved or not.

And if he charges you a "chargeback processing fee" complain to the credit card company.

Remember this guy is an ex-used car salesman. Treat him like one.

That sucks. I read that the longer a refund period is, the less people actually take advantage of it. In this case, you might be thinking...yeah, I gotta email that Mike guy and get my refund...oh I got a few more weeks, I'll take care of it later...then BAM! No refund on day 31. I hope you get your money back.

The scrapbook idea is an excellent one - I need to start doing that.
