not sure about the quantity but definitely a lot. the rest will have to be bought traffic deliniated through various traffic purchasing sites. Also create backlinks to the youtube videos so that they rank organically and get some natural search. That would be the way to go about it in my opinion. But for comments which you are looking for and not just views use microworkers.
