Big problem with Snapnames for catching domains (Help)

Hi, I was bidding in some domains for my PBN and now they sent an email to me telling that my account is suspended. I can't contact them because they don't take the phone, also the support doesn't works. I can do nothing! They told me that I need to send them two charges made in my credit card but I have no charges, also they don't tell where I need to send these amounts. I'm from outside USA.

Anyone had the same problem? Totally a SCAM.

Is there any other site where I can buy these domains? Some where in the status "Available soon", so the auction didn't begin yet. Please I need help.

They have a support system. I had problems with it in firefox but chrome worked for me.

When I click the support icon, I get returned to the page that says "Your account is suspended", so I can't contact them...I've tried Crome and Firefox, so is not a browser problem.

Snapnames are losers, they never catch anything for me. Stopped using them

Log out, clear cache, create new account and message them?
I didn't pay my last two domains, mine is probably suspended too!

What a crap company, I'll stop using them, better stick with Namejet.
