Big problem - need help

So let's take for example google website.
We had an website (old version) who used to rank in serp with the page google.com/free-tshirts
Now, we changed the website, and made 301 redirects from google.com/free-tshirts to the new link.
All good till now. The problem is, it has been 3 months and google is still showing that link google.com/free-tshirts in index (After clicking on it in SERP it's redirecting to the new link). Any ideas?

Although, you have applied 301 redirection but recently Google was hit by Indexing issue twice. I would suggest you to resubmit an updated XML sitemap to Google via Google search console. Also, put the URL of sitemap in robots.txt file of your website. Once Google re-crawl it, the old page will be replaced by new page in Google's index. Also, do check it there is any canonical issue persists there.

I'm still trying to fix this website myself but is a pain in the ass. As soon as i find out how to do it ill let you know. What exactly is your problem with your website?

I rebuilt my website and there are so many indexed old urls

Now i'm redirecting all indexed old urls to my homepage. Is it good or can i rebuild my old urls again?
 
Did you try submission via search console? That has helped me with indexation issues in the past
