I am in a very big problem for 1 week Please can you help me my website has been not completed I think I need guidance.

Check somewhere in your account settings if you choose some feature that does that. I personally never heard of this but there is a possibility you did that by mistake and it's some kind of safety precaution that Wordpress has and it's enabled.

Welcome buddy. I hear such a behaviour the first time. Are you sure you dont have a keylogger or anything else?
Maybe safe your articles / work and try setting up wordpress once again and reupload your work/theme.
