well, your own private proxies you will not want to share with anyone else, because you are paying for them to be used only by you.. otherwise they will get burned fast and you will simply not find a good use of them anymore...

Could I not rent them out to someone who wants to use them for say Twitter, seeing as I don't use Twitter. Then I can use them for the services I use them for. That way we both get cheaper proxies. Speed wise though, I suppose they are only meant for one person.
