Been thinking about this lately , online work moves so fast that is easy to just chase quick wins and short term results . Sometimes that work , sometimes it just feels like running in circles . At the same time , having long-term goals sound in theory , but sticking to them is not always easy when things keep changing .
How do you handle this do you plan ahead or just adapt as you go ? What's been working better for you lately ?

I try to balance both, I keep a clear long term direction, but stay flexible and adapt based on what’s working right now.

Quick wins help you stay motivated , but they do not really build anything solid. Better to keep some balance , but lean more on long-term stuff . Like pick one direction and stick with it , even if progress is feels slow. Small consistent steps usually work better than chasing fast results all the time.
