Yes i am agreed with your point that the forum quality is reduced over time but still compared to other forums this is among the one that provide some relevant info and techniques. And thanks for your feedback for the site. :)

$59 is just of the list access. After that a lot of manual work behind this, It will be only understood by the real outreach team. This involves both Acceptance and Rejection.
 
Are those sites even relevant to your niche or they are just general? My email is full of such offers, outreachers try to sell their useless lists and make some additional money. Don't know about the quality of service you mentioned, but I'd rather create my own list as it doesn't take that much time.

I would like to suggest you that instead of purchasing a PBN or Guest Post sites, search some relevant website those have blog on their website. They will help you to drive more traffic .

There are so many website contains blog section.

You are absooluty right, for free GP i use to followup for 1 month some times. Lot of hard work but its worth doing.
 
The list will be worthy enough if you buy it and clean the list by running a test campaign. Dont know how much quality the list is until we buy them and test it out.
 
What if we collect between 10 people 6 USD and pay for the list? Then we can share it with everybody or sell it. Let's make a list of interested people:

2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
8)
9)
10)
 
I havent tried it... But i would say it is better to search them manually.. having high no of sites really doesnt matter.. the quality of the sites is the top priority.
 
When you create an account and you don't buy the $59 offer, they send you and email some hours later offering a 50% discount. It costs $29 really
