If I were in your shoes and I'm assuming you live near there, I would go old-school. Just use it as my personal classified ad space. If you can find affiliate offers - then great - but if not, just start finding things around your house and town to sell. Maybe open an ebay or create your own store and link to that. You could then find ways to charge other people looking to sell stuff to advertise on it. Also services, got any unique skills? Put them up for sale, likewise for others.

I personally think that if your not good at monetizing or you don't have some good knowledge, don't try it. Its not english, and you may struggle.

look for czech SEO Forums, webmasters discuss affiliate programs)) don't sell this page - in a 120k members you may made $500-600 in a week even in Czech Republic

Start a new group page and promote it on this one...
They will signup and maybe invite friends from other countrys - then you start a new page which you target more on western/us/uk etc countrys.
For sure the page is worth something - you just have to find out what to advertise...
