damn im in youtube since 2010 and i know what standard and cc licenses are.i have never given any rights to them,to use my videos.they cant make their own content and are stealing from others and i am not the only one who has this kind of problem with them...

Well then simply report them and follow through with the dispute. There's nothing else you can really do unless you want to give up on YouTube.

Some people think BHW is only full of hackers/scammers/unethical people. And for a large % of the users, that's true. But it's not 100% the case at all. Maybe I used to do unethical IM ventures in the past, but these days I provide true value.
Those who do unethical things often justify it by telling themselves that it's okay because everyone does it.
And it's fine if you do. I don't care. I don't have a horse in their race. However, don't lie to yourself about it. Or do. What do I care?

I believe in karma, that runs its course...all in due time too those who knowingly harm others. But to each their own.

I agree, somewhat.
I don't necessarily believe in direct karma, but I do believe that the attitudes and beliefs that are used to justify unethical behavior will catch up in one way or another. Primarily by the cause and effect of every choice made, in the context of those held beliefs.
I know BHW is a great resource for all things online markeitng. But let's not act as if BHW overwhelming content is based on ethical practices. The inteneded purposes of a name like BlackHatWorld is to be a black hat resource. In my opinion, I think any form of SEO can be considered unethical, depending who's eyes you are looking through. SEO is the practice of manipulation, simple and plain, regardless if you define it as White, Black or Gray Hat. No such thing as Organic SEO ... that would be "not doing SEO at all". Anyway, so what I meant, was "it's the pot calling the kettle black" idiom. Just because you don't like how one person does something, doesn't make it "shady", especially when you're on a site like BHW and likely do (or done) some things considered "shady" yourself.
Just for the record, I do not have a horse in this race as I don't have a YouTube channel, but I don't see anything unethical about someone using other YouTube videos to cash in (especially when done legally). If someone doesn't want their videos used or shared, then don't upload them to YouTube.

Realizing past mistakes and readjusting your moral barometer.
Again, I don't actually care what people do. Do what you want. If you're going to lie to yourself about it, go ahead, we all do that time to time. I'm still going to point it out regardless.

This is what really bugs me about YouTube. Your original content may be out there somewhere and other might be making $$$. YouTube is going to of course look out for the bigger channels because of the revenue they bring in. YouTube is just a complete mess, I'm my opinion they need a complete redesign.

OP can't convince youtube that this channel is stealing content, since youtube in this case can't control such content that wasn't claimed by the original owner, youtube can protect large networks that their content is marked at upload as unique, in other words the copyright mechanism will always prefer the large channel over the small weak chanel.
also if this is a 3rd party video that you think you "found" first and uploaded it to youtube, this doesn't necessarily make you the copyrights holder for that video... but in a case that you are featured on the video, and you can prove that to youtube, DMCA complaint will do it, if they do it again and again, they can get strikes.
also if you feel revenger... and want to take them as a "project" you can find other copyright owners that aren't aware of this issue and teach them how to file a DMCA complaint... many strikes will teach that channel a good lesson.

im using CC content as well at the moment because, I CANNOT make my own content at the moment. got more views than the original as well. nothing wrong with it as long as you give credit to the original uploader
