Big changes coming to Paypal! (allegedly)

Paypal is introducing changes to deal with their arbitrary "frozen funds" policy.

What do you guys think it's gonna happen? Is this just a PR stunt or are they actually trying to become more friendly?

It seems the are finally feeling the side effects of being a bunch of royal buttholes.

Interesting, only time will tell if it was just a PR stunt or they actually want to be more user friendly down the road.

PayPal did screw up I believe they are trying to make up for it but just as eBay's updates im sure they wont be what we really want. Look at all of the alternative e-payment systems around now that are used A LOT. The only thing paypal has going for it is being the preferred payment choice of eBay.
