Big Changes Coming to Google Search Engine!

ok so you are doing hyper-specific searches
But that is not what 99% of the searches are
Most are "how do i make money", "who am i", "which country do i live in"

they tend to be broad - many could be answered by AI but AI is an assistant not an alternative yet

The key is to not ask this type of questions. It's dumb. :D

which country do i live in
You worry about 99% of people? I don't know... Maybe you can perform spam thanks to these queries. :P That's what I do.

Of course these questions are dumb - most of the searches are dumb - it's trying to work out what the next dumb search will be - that is essentially SEO

I have not seen any new news on this - can you provide a reference?

Any references and details info?

Which news do you need to see? Do you want to include Google generative AI in the search results, or are you asking for my opinion?
Guys you need eye for a detail.

It clearly shows "AI overview" at the top and that's how you find it by googling.

No, they can't stop.

All the changes are to increase their Ad revenue.

There is a correlation between the number of updates and a rise in Ad revenue.

Google Ad revenue has risen by nearly $100 billion in the last 3 years.

Google Ad Revenue Figures: $146.92 billion in 2020 to $237.86 billion in 2023.

Google wants to control search results to show their own answers forcing businesses to buy Ads to be at the top of a search result, basically.
