Big Account Disabled -> Phone Verification Loop

Hello my friends!

I'm owning quite a mass of accounts but never ran into anything like this.
2 quite big accounts of mine that I would really want to have back asked for a phone verification.
I have the SIM so I just did it. After entering the code I need to log in new, as usual, but I instantly get the phone verification again. Even tried a unused SIM to check if it works with that. Same thing

Anyone experience with this?
What can I do? I dont even have a change to write support because its just the verification and not even disabled.

You are using software like Massplanner to login ?

try to login and verify by using your phone and the IG app

Only tried it via Bluestacks and my physical phone until now. Both with the same problem

Wait 2 days then login to your accounts and verify them it will work 90%

Already waited a few days before trying it again with the physical phone... It really seams undoable...
