Bidding site for logo and graphic design

Hey guys, I remember coming across a site where freelance designers work on your header logos and graphic projects by setting their own price. You upload the header name/site name or template onto the site and any designer can freely work on your logo. They upload the finished product. They set the price for their own work and you can pick from any one you like. Once you have your choice, you'll pay the designer their suggested price.

I remember coming across the site in one of Russel Brunson's videos but I'm having a hard time remembering the name of the site. Does anyone know?

This sounds like any higher a coder - outsourcing site. I would make them do 6 to 9 examples and then you pick one and have unlimited mods until you like it. I have a couple of people that do it for me that I pay $125 for what I stated above. With unlimited mods, you can't beat that price.
