BHW VIP lmxftw Scammed $100

Hello BHW Staff,

I ordered Payoneer Card and He told me Deliver within 1 month , i waited more then 1 month but dint recieve any card nor any reply from this scammer.I have all chat and Transaction details .When i open Dispute That fu*ker reply that he already delivered..

How could this type of Scammer Get VIP , its also been some one hacked money..

Not to jump in on this...but OP it says you used a AMEX linked to your PayPal...file a charge back with AMEX. They are the best card to use linked to PP...they will side with you 100%...

Don't dispute with PayPal...file through AMEX
