This is an example of thread that I did not have a green padlock. Is this just happening to me only or everyone else ?

Only leave your credit card/paypal login details on pages with the green padlock.

Then you'll be safe for sure.

basically blackhatword.com is being loaded from HTTPS:// but this http://i.imgur.com/O8bmsFY.png image from HTTP:// which causes mixed content warning

and I don't even know why I'm wasting my time to explain this to you...

It is because of the mixed content, use an internet condom if you feel unsafe.

Thanks for reporting - Fixed -
This is one I've been meaning to fix for a while - using data from Chrome’s HSTS pre-load list & EFF’s HTTPS Everywhere, among others you should now see the padlock on 99.999% of pages where it wasn't before.. This won't fix EVERY SINGLE PAGE but should work for the majority. Let me know of any issues.
