Hey there,

I posted a support ticket last night but got no acknowledgement whatsoever. I can't even find the ticket I created anywhere on the support section. Is this normal?

I submitted another ticket today and the same thing happened. Is there a way to verify whether my support ticket even went through or not?

I submitted a support ticket on Sunday evening, it was answered on Monday morning. You just have to be patient, I think the forum staff work on UK time.

The only reason I posted two tickets was because I neither received an acknowledgement nor a way to track my ticket.

once ticket goes through they’ll respond to it you need to be be patient
