I don't think so. I think it's enough if you report just 1 post as the Admins/Moderators recieve a notification in their inbox/email that a report has been made. What you are referring to is like a "vote" system where a user gets too many reports at once, he will automatically be banned/deleted. I don't think BHW has that system in place as it can be easily exploited.

I generally see two accounts and flag one post by both of them. If it will suspend the account faster I will take the time to flag every post
