The pages look like that because the CSS Stylesheet is failing to load. If you look at the HTML code for BHW pages you can see that the CSS files come from "http://cdn.blackhat-static.com" which is an alias for NetDNA's Content Delivery Network.
CDN's work by routing you to their nearest endpoint, meaning the server that gives you the CSS file is different to the one that gave it to me. On top of this the CDN uses short DNS-lookup expiry options (300 seconds), meaning every 5 minutes your computer will ask the CDN for the nearest endpoint.
From experience I've found NetDNA's service to be a bit flakey, it could be connectivity issues between their endpoint and your ISP, another good idea is to clear your browsers cache. If it is an ISP <-> CDN issue these things tend to get cleared up quickly.
Just removed the https://www.blackhatworld.com/, actually its the problem with problem with firefox, it try to open some sites with secure connection, there might be some settings but I have no idea about it.
EDIT: As mentioned by the above...i was checking posts as well
