I would not use an .io extension for a domain about selling (is that what you are doing?) dogs that are inexpensive.
I would also not use cheap in the domain but rather call it MGDogs or something else that is a brand.
The domain name is not going to make enough difference in terms or ranking and the branding using something less obvious and more professional will help in terms of credibility.

Try to get a domain that is exactly like the keyword that you want to rank for, if you want to pick a good keyword for your niche go to Google Trends and search for some keywords related to your niche and see what keyword has the best results and good luck
