I'm not one to bullshit, I'd rather just tell you straight up what I think. I understand that English isn't your first language, but you still need to read the rules or learn to search. There are 100s of threads about opening BSTs.
I'm going to ignore your comment about me being a "useless creature", by the way.

OP your command of English is probably very high for your country but it is not at a standard that will be of use to anybody outside your country at this stage. Get used to the Forum and practice your English then one day you may have a BST. In the meantime if there are any Fiverr clones in your country then maybe you can try selling your services there.
(I cannot speak any other languages so always have respect and admire those that do - hell sometimes I even struggle with English,and my grammar is shite,thank God for spell check)

Btw English isn't my mother language either, so I know the feeling when you write a sentence and in your head it sounds sophisticated and good, but in reality it's not that good. As someone who aims to provide quality content you should check, recheck and rerecheck what you write, especially if your aim is to impress
Also I would recommend that you either give up on creating a BST here in BHW, because you are already with negative rep or you start taking things seriously.
I've seen a lot of people who managed to get work before they even opened a BST, because they asked their questions in an interesting and appealing way.
Serious or casual shouldn't make a difference when content writing is your actual work.

I do not get mad on advices and suggestions. Surely this does not mean that any one can come up with an arrogant or insulting attitude. I never claimed that i am the Professor of English and the best writer on BHW. I only wanted the details regarding posting an AD here. You people saw some lacking in my writing and started commenting on my skills, Fine no worries. It is good because it will help me to learn but there must be some decent way to tell people about there flaws.
